Egypt Air the worst airlines I have ever experienced

Canceling flight without informing the passengers. Moreover, the were no representative in the airport tell the passengers that the flights has been canceled. My bags were stolen :-(

To all students who want to travel by Grand Travel
Do not deal with Suzan her nick name Suzy. Do not deal with her for the following reasons:

• Booking in additional flights. In other wards,she is booking in flights might be canceled.
• If your flight is canceled she will not inform you, and that's not professional.
• She will book you on Egypt Air the worse Airline ever. They lost my bags. More over, I received after one week with missing item.
  

As you all know, your final distention most probably will be Sky harbor Airport Phoenix. Therefor, you have to make sure all your flights will be arranged accordingly to your arrival from Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, she will not arrange this. As result, you may pay full fair from your pocket. I paid $500 to jet Blue in 16th of January 2009. Look what she said to me when I asked her about who is going to pay me back

In all cases Jet Blue they charge for penalty and change in reservation … we do not pay for that ..the cultural office pay for you only the tickets ..any changes are your responsibility and you need to talk to them in such cases ..if they will reimburse you …since they are the one who pay not us …so we can not change for you ..
